2. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The webpage includes, but is not limited to its programming, edition, compilation and other necessary elements for it to be operational, the designs, logos, text and graphics are property of the Controller, except there is a license or express authorisation from the authors. All the contents of the webpage are correctly protected by the Law of intellectual and industrial property, as well as being registered in the corresponding public registers.
Independently from the purpose of these contents, full or partial reproduction, use, management, distribution and trading requires, in any case, prior written authorisation from the Controller. Any prior non-authorised use will be considered a substantial breach of the author’s intellectual and industrial property rights.

In any case, the Controller will remove immediately any content that breaches national or international, moral or public interest regulations, deleting the redirection to these webpages and putting in knowledge of the corresponding authorities the content at hand.
The Controller is not responsible for the information and contents stored including but not limited to chats, forums, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other mean that allows the user to publish contents independently on the webpage property of the Controller.
However, and, in accordance with sections 11 and16 of the Law of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (Spanish acronym LSSICE), it is available for all users, authorities and security forces collaborating actively in the removal or blockage of those contents that can affect or disobey the national or international regulation, the rights of third parties or the moral and public interest. In case the user thinks it exists on the webpage any content susceptible to this type, please inform the webpage’s administrator immediately. This webpage has been revised and checked for its appropriate functioning, which is, in principle, guaranteed, 365 days 24 hours. Nevertheless, the Controller do not dismiss the possibility of some programming errors or unforeseeable circumstances, natural catastrophes, strikes or similar situations that impede the access to the webpage.
IP Addresses
The webpage servers will be able to detect automatically the IP address and the user’s domain name. An IP address is a number allocated to a computer automatically when it logs on the Internet. All this information is stored in an activity monitoring software properly registered that allows the later data processing with the aim of having statistical measurements to know the number of printing of a page, the visits to the web servers, the order of the visits, the access point, etc.
4. APPLICABLE LAW AND VENUE
